ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY & SILENT AUCTION

Saturday, December 3rd 1:00 – 3:00pm
Eden United Church of Christ, 21455 Birch, corner of Grove Way

           Benefit for Educational Foundation

Reservation form is on page 6.

ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY AND SILENT AUCTION DEC. 3

Do you have any gifts you have never used? Do you have collectibles that you are no longer interested in hanging onto? Do you have any “white elephant” items? Any antiques you want to part with? Homemade items from your kitchen are most welcome. How about any paintings, sculptures, pottery?

Would you like to donate any of the items for the auction? The funds go to the Education Foundation. Over $2,000 was made at the 2004 auction. It will be held at Eden United Church of Christ, 21455 Birch, corner of Grove Way, 1 block from Mission Blvd., Hayward.

It helps to know ahead of time what you would like to donate so that I may make out a bid sheet. You may bring the item with you on that day or drop it off at Charlotte Sladek's house, or if you would like me to pick it up, call me or email charsladek@juno.com.

The item that brought in the most last year was a week in a Lake Tahoe cabin donated by Liz Bathgate. Liz is offering it again this year.

“SHERLOCK’S LAST CASE”

Tickets will be available at our Holiday Party for the benefit performance we have been granted by California Conservatory Theatre: “Sherlock’s Last Case,” to be performed on Thursday, April 13. In this brilliant whodunit, the greatest detective on earth must solve his most perilous case.  With only 67 seats, California Conservatory Theatre is truly a “little theatre.”  There is nothing little, however, about the talents of those who act in its productions.  Be sure to get your tickets, $20 each, for this thrilling fund-raiser.
